What we actually do

Three core programmes, each tailored to your schedule and the real problems you face at work.

Leadership clarity programme

Six 90-minute sessions over twelve weeks. We start with a 360-degree feedback exercise, then work through your specific decision-making patterns, how you delegate, and what happens when you are under pressure. Each session ends with a concrete task to try before the next meeting. Most clients notice their direct reports raising problems earlier and volunteering solutions within the first month. The programme costs £3,200 and includes a written development plan you can share with your board.

Team dynamics coaching

Designed for leadership teams of three to eight people. We run an initial half-day workshop on-site, then follow up with four fortnightly group sessions online. The focus is on how the team communicates under stress: who talks over whom, where information gets lost between departments, and which meetings could be replaced with a ten-minute stand-up. Pricing depends on team size, starting at £4,500 for a group of three. We have run this programme with fintech start-ups, NHS trusts and family-owned manufacturers.

Transition coaching

For people stepping into a bigger role: a new C-suite appointment, a founder hiring their first senior team, or a manager moving from a technical track to a general management position. Four sessions over eight weeks, each lasting one hour. We spend the first session mapping your first-100-days plan, then use subsequent sessions to troubleshoot what is actually happening versus what you expected. The fee is £1,800. Two of our transition clients went on to be nominated for Scottish Business Awards within eighteen months of completing the programme.

Why clients stay in touch long after their programme ends

Our lead coach, Dr Fiona Greig, spent fourteen years in operational management at two FTSE 250 companies before retraining as an executive coach. She holds a doctorate in organisational psychology from the University of Edinburgh and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation at PCC level.

That combination matters. When a client describes a boardroom conflict or a restructuring that has gone sideways, Fiona has usually lived through something similar. She does not offer platitudes about "finding your authentic voice." She asks pointed questions, assigns homework, and follows up.

Since 2017, we have coached over 190 senior leaders. Eighty-three percent reported measurable improvements in team engagement scores within six months. Forty-one percent received a promotion or expanded role within a year of completing their programme. We track these outcomes because they keep us honest.

Sessions happen in person at our office in Cruickshank-upon-Harber, or over video call. About 60% of our current clients are fully remote. The quality is the same; we have refined our online approach over thousands of hours.

What our clients say

"I came in thinking I needed to be more assertive. Fiona showed me the real issue was that I was making decisions too quickly and not bringing my team along. Three months later, my skip-level feedback scores jumped by 22 points."

"The transition coaching was practical from session one. Fiona had me write out the three conversations I was avoiding, then we role-played them. I walked into my second board meeting feeling prepared rather than terrified."

"We brought Exec Performance Pro in for our leadership team of five. The half-day workshop alone surfaced two structural problems we had been dancing around for a year. The follow-up sessions gave us the tools to actually fix them."
